What we collect

Trivia stores your email, phone number, verification status, answers, attempt times, and scores. These are used to identify your player record, enforce three attempts, and review reward eligibility. Email and phone are verified using delivery providers. Verification codes expire after ten minutes; your login session expires after one day.

Newsletter is your choice

Playing does not add you to the newsletter. Newsletter signup stores the email and consent timestamp separately. No marketing consent is preselected.

Who can see it

Authorised administrators can access player contacts, participation records, and newsletter subscriptions. There is no public leaderboard exposing player contact information.

Service providers and your choices

The deployment uses Azure hosting and private storage, Azure Communication Services for email codes, and Twilio Verify for SMS verification. Contact the website operator for access, correction, deletion, or newsletter withdrawal.

Before public launch

The operator must publish their identity, privacy contact, retention period, and ticket reward terms here. This notice is a configurable launch draft. Do not launch public registration until these details are completed.
